For this reason I suggest that you visit only authoritive blogs such as Matt Cutts (http://www.mattcutts.com/blog). You can find the most relevant and truthful information first hand.

Lastly make sure your blog is in: Technorati and Dmoz.org. They are the largest web directory in the internet and Google loves them :)
